Zac Efron’s torso is kind of a cult thing, and ignoring the image above would have been kind of blasphemous, right? This High School Musical 3: Senior Year scene, where Troy Bolton (Zac Efron) takes a shower is actually one you won’t ever see. Even on DVD. Way too hot for Disney.

Still, the images we’re featuring today briefly showed up on Ebay, instantly fueling the wildest rumors… Some going as far as to say that the censored part was at least as hot as the Sex and the City shower scene. How cultish.

Just as we thought the Zac Efron media storm was weakening, here come two sets of the very best shirtless pictures of the American star — he of the interestingly maturing beauty — so far.

The first is a set of two screen-caps from the trailer of 17 Again (above), a comedy in which Matthew Perry plays a family man whose life is thrown into disarray when he’s mysteriously reverted back to the age of 17, in the form of Zac Efron. The movie is set for US release on April 17, 2009.
