Ahh, those prisoners from Cebu Provincial Denention and Rehabilitation Centre in the Phillipines are at it again this time with a Queen medley featuring actual queens and a routine that really Styx with you. This prison is now internationally known for the use of dance routines in rehabilitating its prisoners. The prison now even has its own official choreographer teachers, like Vince Rosales and Gwen Laydor. Some prisoners are chosen more prominently for more sophisticated routines while the general prison population (sometimes up to 1500 inmates) participate with simpler more accessible routines.
